Hey! My name is Daniel Avery: pro video/audio
editor, graphic/web designer, music composer,
software guru and multimedia consultant.
Why am I the Ultimate Media Man? Because I
can do almost every job in TV and Video
Production, including digital effects using the most
common professional tools. For example, I have
edited using DVC Pro tape on VTRs all the way up to the amazing Adobe CS3 software that hit the market recently.

I have made 6 short films, several radio commercials/PSAs(see the Past Projects page) and graduated with a 4.0 gpa in Video/TV Production. My 7th short film (entirely made on internet freeware) will be coming out this fall.
I have experience in all aspects of production. Not only that, I can work for less than the norm with a product that is as good because I know where to get things for free. I'm even writing a book/blog on internet freeware which has earned me some respect among videographers. Because of my freeware knowledge, I may be hosting a small segment about freeware on The DV Show in the near future. (The DV Show podcast is one of the better video tips and tricks podcasts out there.)
I also do video consulting. I can point you in the right direction, especially when it comes to software and freeware. Please note that I am now charging money for consulting, so any questions you ask will cost you something. See my consulting page for more info.
